The biggest changes for insurance plans happen at the beginning of the year because insurance benefits will reset. If your costs have changed and you are having difficulty affording your medication, please call our PAP Team to discuss financial assistance options or contact us.

Please give us a call or contact us. Communicating changes helps us make sure we have your most up-to-date information so we can contact you regarding your medication and work with your insurance company.

How do I get a receipt if I pay online:
When you pay your bill online, you will be emailed a receipt. Be sure to include your email address.

End-of-year billing statements are available in our myCareMed Patient App + Portal or give us a call. If you would like to get it through the app, simply go to myCareMedSP.com to register or download the app from your app store.
